(106)     laid out for the said Benjamine Williams on or about the
             twenty third day of October seventeen hundred and two both
             which lying as by the certificates of survey in Baltemore County
             alsoe one other Tract or parcell of Land called Planters Pleasure
             containing one hundred acres originally surveyed on or about
             the twenty ninth day of Febuary sixteen hundred & ninety
             nine for Edw.d Penn and pattented also in his the said Penns name
             together with all the improvements conveniences and advantages
             of what nature or kinde soever to the af.d Land belonging or
             any ways apertaining to the only proper use and behoofe of
             him the said Joseph Williams his heirs & assigns and to noe
             other use intent or purpose whatsoever To Have and
             To hold the af.d Land & premisses unto him the s.d Joseph
             Williams his heirs & assignes for ever And the said Benjamine
             Williams doth for himself his heir Ex.rs & Adm.rs Covenant
             promise grant & agree to and with y.e said Joseph Williams his heirs
             & assignes the Lands & premisses af.d against him the said
             Benjamine Williams & his heirs as also against all manner of
             persons lawfully claiming or to claime from by or under him forever
             hearafter to warrant & defend And further the said Benjamine
             Williams doth for himself & his heirs covenant promise grant &
             agree to and with the said Joseph Williams his heirs & assignes that
             he the said Benjamine Williams & his heirs shall & will from time to time
             & at all times hereafter at the reasonable request & at the cost &
             charges in the Law of him the said Joseph Williams his heirs &
             assigns doe make acknowledge suffer & execute any further Deed
             or Instruement in writing such as the said Joseph Williams his heirs
             or assignes his or their councell learned in the Law shall reasonably
             devise advise or require for the further & better assurance surety
             & suremakeing the Lands & premisses af.d unto him the said Joseph
             Williams his heirs & assignes forever In Testimony whereof y.e partys
             to these presents have interchangeably set their hands & affixed
             their seales y.e day & year af.d
