             May y.e 13.th 1725 Then came before me one ^the subscriber^ of his Lordships Justices
             of y.e Pro.v Court the within mentioned Benjamin Williams
             & acknowledged y.e within Deed according to Act of Assembly
             in that case made & provided also came Margaret his wife
             within mentioned who being examined privately according to
             Law declares that she acknowledges this Deed without any threats
             coercion or compulsion whatsoever of her husband And that of
             her own free will & inclination she consents & agrees to the
             within sale & acknowledges y.e same accordingly
