(as the same is now constructed and used) thence running with and
binding thereon the two (2) following courses and distances, viz:
by a line curving toward the left with a radius of 3976.25 feet for a
distance of 260.86 feet (the chord of said arc bears North 50 degrees,

degrees, 12 minutes, 21 seconds West 338.13 feet to intersect the
division line between the land now or formerly belonging to said
Navy Athletic Association above referred to and the land now or
formerly belonging to said Washington, Baltimore and Annapolis
Railroad and thence leaving said Roscoe Rowe Boulevard (as the
same is now constructed and used) and binding on said division line
the 5 following courses and distances, viz: North 20 degrees, 37
minutes, 20 seconds West 344.51 feet; North 18 degrees, 01 minute,
10 seconds, West 100.05 feet; North 10 degrees, 43 minutes, 10
seconds, West 104.48 feet; North 4 degrees, 42 minutes, 10 seconds,
West 42.0 feet and North 48 degrees, 03 minutes, West 242.15 feet
to the place of beginning.

Containing 7.638 acres of land, more or less.
Parcel No. 3

All or a portion of that land now owned by the Baltimore and
Annapolis Railroad Company bounded on the north by the south-
western side of Roscoe Rowe Boulevard, on the west by a parcel of
land containing 20.97± acres of land now owned by the Naval
Academy Athletic Association, which land is to be conveyed to the
State of Maryland by said Naval Academy Athletic Association,
bounded on the south by College Creek, and on the east by a parcel
of land containing 1.98± acres now owned by the Naval Academy
Athletic Association, containing 1.4± acres.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That Chapter 697 of the Acts
of 1967 is hereby repealed.
