licenses in Baltimore County AND TO INCREASE THE CHARGE
FOR SUCH LICENSES IN SAID COUNTY.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 94 of Article 2B of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1965 Supplement), title "Alcoholic Beverages," subtitle "Hours and
Days for sale," be and it is hereby repealed AND THAT SECTION
21 (D) OF ARTICLE 2B OF THE ANNOTATED CODE OF MARY-
LAND (1957 EDITION) TITLE "ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES,"
SUBTITLE "BEER, WINE AND LIQUOR LICENSES" BE AND
IT IS HEREBY REPEALED AND RE-ENACTED, WITH AMEND-
MENTS TO READ AS FOLLOWS:
(D) BALTIMORE COUNTY—IN BALTIMORE COUNTY THE
ANNUAL FEE FOR SUCH LICENSE SHALL BE ONE THOU-
SAND DOLLARS ($1,000.00).
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1,1966.

AN ACT to add new Section 211H-4 to Article 89B of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1965 Replacement Volume), title "State
Roads," subtitle "Expenditure of Commission's Funds and Pro-
gramming and Scheduling of Highway Projects," to follow imme-
diately after Section 211 H-3, amending the "Twenty Year High-
way Needs Study" of the State Roads Commission to show the
need for improvement of State Route 210, from its intersection
with the District of Columbia line to its intersection with the
thoroughfare known generally as the Capital Beltway AND FOR
ADDITIONAL INTERCHANGES IN THE AREA OF ROUTE 50
AND THE CAPITAL BELTWAY, and authorizing and directing
the construction thereof.
