down said Town Creek crossing the Cardinal Club farm by a straight
line South 8¼ degrees West 4,000 feet to a point along the West
Virginia shore of the Potomac River just opposite the mouth of
Town Creek, thence down and along the West Virginia shore of the
Potomac River in a northeasterly direction fifteen miles to the place
of beginning.

145W. District No. 34Bedford Road. Beginning on the Mary-
land and Pennsylvania State Line at the top of Evitts Mountain,
then (1) Southwestward, along and with the top of Evitts Mountain,
2 miles to Rock Gulley Creek, then (2) Westward, down and with
Rock Gulley Creek 1.5 miles to Evitts Creek, then (3) Southwest-
ward, down and with Evitts Creek 1.0 mile to Mt. Pleasant Road,
then (4) Eastward and Southward, with Mt. Pleasant Road, 1.5
miles to Baltimore Pike (U. S. Route 40), then (5) Southwestward,
with Baltimore Pike, 1.5 miles to Nave Cross Road, then (6) North-
westward, with Nave Cross Road, 0.7 mile to Bedford Road (U. S.
Route 220), then (7) Southwestward, with Bedford Road, 0.3 mile
to the Easterly limit line of the City of Cumberland, then (8) North-
ward, with said Easterly limit line 375 feet to the concrete monu-
ment at the end thereof, then (9) Westward, with the Northerly
limit line of the City of Cumberland, 0.4 mile to the top of Shriver
Ridge, then (10) Northeastward, along and with the top of Shriver
Ridge, 3.8 miles to the Maryland and Pennsylvania State Line, where
it is crossed by Bedford Road (U.S. Route 220), then (11) Eastward,
with the Maryland and Pennsylvania State Line, 2.6 miles to the top
of Evitts Mountain, the place of beginning.

145X. District No. 35Cumberland. Beginning on Baltimore
Pike (U. S. Route 40), at Nave Cross Road, then (1) Southwest-
ward, with Baltimore Pike, 1.7 miles to Central Avenue at Willow
Brook Road in the City of Cumberland, then (2) Southwestward,
with Central Avenue, 1300 feet to Monroe Street, then (3) North-
westward, with Monroe Street, 550 feet to Weber Street, then (4)
Northward, with Weber Street, 975 feet to Baltimore Avenue, then
(5) Eastward, with Baltimore Avenue, 125 feet to Yale Street or
Lane, then (6) Northward, with Yale Street or Lane, 1,250 feet to
Harvard Street, then (7) Northwestward, with Harvard Street, 550
feet to Louisa Lane on the Northwesterly edge of McNamee's Hill,
then (8) Northeastward, with the Northwesterly edge of McNamee's
Hill and with Louisa Lane and Oakwood Street, 1.5 miles to Nave
Cross Road, then (9) Southeastward, with Nave Cross Road, 0.6
mile to Baltimore Pike, the place of beginning.
