and Pennsylvania Railroad, then with said railroad

11.    Northwesterly ¼ of a mile to Bowery Street, and with said
Bowery Street

12.    Northeasterly ⅓ of a mile to Union Street, thence

13.    Northwesterly 1/10 of a mile to the Legislative Road, oppo-
site the St. Cloud Hotel, the place of beginning.

145V. District No. 33Potomac. Beginning for the same at a
point along the West Virginia shore of the Potomac River where
the Western Maryland Railway crosses said river just south of Green
Ridge Station and known as Bridge No. 3, and running thence with
the center of the Western Maryland Railway Bridge No. 3 in a north-
easterly direction, crossing the Potomac River and the Chesapeake
and Ohio Canal to the northeasterly end of said Bridge No. 3, thence
North 3½ degrees West 900 feet to a point along the County road
leading from Green Ridge Station to the top of Green Ridge Moun-
tain, now commonly called Merten's Avenue, distant 500 feet meas-
ured along said road in a southwesterly direction on the southwest-
erly corner of the building known as Camp No. 1 of the Green Ridge
Orchard Company, thence along said road called Merten's Avenue
the following courses and distances: North 86¾, degrees West 175
feet, North 47 degrees West 165 feet, North 9½ degrees West 200
feet, North 11½ degrees East 184 feet, North 28¾ degrees East 200
feet, North 43¾ degrees East 255 feet, North 25½ degrees West 200
feet, North 47 degrees West 250 feet, North 62¼ degrees West 400
feet, North 54½ degrees West 1,090 feet, then North 62 degrees
West 400 feet, North 52 degrees West 530 feet, North 22½ degrees
West 175 feet, North 50¾ degrees West 687 feet, North 70½
degrees West 200 feet, North 57½ degrees West 171 feet, North 71¼,
degrees West 450 feet, thence North 7¾ degrees West 120 feet to
the Potomac Edison Company's Transmission Line leading from
Williamsport, Maryland, to Cumberland, Maryland; thence with said
transmission line North 75½ degrees West 8,000 feet to the top of
Town Hill, thence still with said transmission line North 81½
degrees West 6,500 feet to the Green Ridge Road running along the
top of Green Ridge Mountain, thence along said road and with the top
of Green Ridge Mountain the following courses and distances:

feet, South 30¼, degrees West 1,954 feet, South 35½ degrees West
