166                               LAWS OF MARYLAND                          [CH. 87

145T. District No. 31McCoole. Beginning at the mouth of
Clay Lick Run on the Potomac River about ¼ of a mile northeast of
Dawson Station, and running thence up the Potomac River

1.    Southerly and northwesterly 7 miles to the mouth of Stony
Run, then up said run

2.    Northwesterly 1¾ miles to a road crossing it at the head
thereof leading down to Westernport, then running up said road
leading out to the top of Dan's Mountain

3: Northeasterly about 2¼ miles to the road or trail leading to
Fairview on top of Dan's Mountain, marked 2,680 on the topographi-
cal map of the Maryland Geological Survey, then with said road or
trail

4. Easterly about ½ of a mile to said Fairview, it being also a
corner of District No. 7, Rowlings, and with the boundary of Dis-
trict No. 7, Rawlings

5.    South 6/10 of a mile by a straight line to the head of Clay
Lick Run, then down said run

6.    Southeasterly 1-9/10 miles to the Potomac River, the place of
beginning.

145U. District No. 32Frostburg. Beginning at the intersec-
tion of Union Street and the Legislative Road, in the town of Frost-
burg, which road runs from Mount Savage through Frostburg to
Westernport, said place of beginning being opposite the St. Cloud
Hotel, thence with said Legislative Road

1.    Northeasterly about ⅓ of a mile passing the C. & P. R. R.
Company station at Frostburg, to a point in the center between the
eastbound and westbound tracks of the Western Maryland Railway
Company, thence with the center line between said tracks

2.    Northeasterly about 2 miles to the County road leading from
Morantown to Eckhart, thence with said County road towards
Eckhart

3.    Southeasterly about ½ of a mile to the top of the hill, where
the road begins to descend into the Village of Eckhart, then with a
straight line

4. Southwesterly 1 3/5 miles to a point on the National Road 1/10
of a mile east of the Allegany Cemetery gate, thence with the National
Road

5.    Northwesterly with the National Road ¼ of a mile to the
intersection of the National Road with the Allegany Cemetery road
and with said road

6.    Southeasterly ¼ of a mile to the intersection of the Cemetery
road and McColloh Street, thence

7.    Northwesterly ⅛ of a mile with McColloh Street to the inter-
section of McColloh Street and Green Street, thence

8.    Southwesterly ⅛ of a mile with Green Street to the inter-
section of Green Street and Blair Street, thence

9.    Northwesterly ⅛ of a mile with Blair Street to the inter-
section of Blair Street and Grant Street, thence
