7.    Northwesterly ¾ of a mile crossing the C. & P. R. R. to the
southerly end of Bowery Street, in Frostburg, and the beginning of
District No. 12, thence with the center of Bowery Street, it being also
with the first line of District No. 12

8.    Northeasterly 3/5 of a mile to the National Road, now Union
Street, thence with the center of Union Street

9.    Northwesterly 1,600 feet to Broadway Street, the place of
beginning.

145R. District No. 29LaVale. Beginning on the top of Wills
Mountain 9/10 of a mile northeast of the two-mile post of the
National Road, on the fourth line of District No. 5, and at the end
of the first line of District No. 20, and running thence with the lines
of District No. 20 due west one mile, crossing the Cumberland and
Pennsylvania Railroad bridge over Wills Creek above the paper
mill to the Western Maryland Railroad, then up said Western Mary-
land Railroad about 5 miles to line of the crest of Piney Mountain,
due south of Barrellville, it being the easterly line of Mount Savage,
District No. 13, then southerly 4 miles following the crest of said
mountain and with Districts Nos. 13 and 24 to the National Road at
the junction of the road leading to the tunnel in Eckhart branch of
the Cumberland and Pennsylvania Railroad, about
¾ of a mile west
of the six-mile post, then with said road to the tunnel southwesterly

miles to the top of Dan's Mountain, marked 2,621 on topographi-
cal map of Maryland Geological Survey, and running thence along
the top of said Dan's Mountain southwesterly 1-1/10 miles to the
head of Warrior's Run and to the northwest corner of District No.
7, Rowlings; then down said run with part of the northerly line of
said last mentioned district southeasterly about 3 miles to a point in
line with the crest of Wills Mountain, then with the crest of Wills
Mountain northeasterly 6¾ miles to the place of beginning.

145S. District No. 30Zihlman. Beginning in the center of the
county bridge over Jennings Run near Morantown Station on the
County road leading from Zihlman to Mount Savage and running
thence

1.    Northwesterly 1½ miles to the center of the north portal of
the Borden tunnel of the Western Maryland Railway Company;
thence continuing said line

2.    Northwesterly 1½ miles to Garrett County line, and with it

3.    Southwesterly 1 mile; thence

4: Southeasterly and parallel with the second line as above de-
scribed 1-4/10 miles to a stone in the center between the eastbound
and westbound tracks of the Western Maryland Railway Company;
thence

5.    With the center line between said tracks 3½ miles to a stone
in the center of the eastbound and westbound tracks of the Western
Maryland Railway Company in the center of the County road lead-
ing from Morantown to Eckhart and with said road

6.    Southeasterly ½ of a mile to the end of the third line of
District No. 24; thence reversing part of said line

7.    Northeasterly ¾ of a mile; thence

8.    Northwesterly 9/10 of a mile to the beginning.
