5.    Southeasterly 1-8/10 miles to the George's Creek and Cumber-
land Railroad at a point northwest
¾ of a mile from the bridge of
said railroad across George's Creek, then with said railroad

6.    Southerly ⅛ of a mile to a point where said County Road lead-
ing over the mountain to Woodland intersects with said railroad, then
with said County Road

7.    Southeasterly ⅛ of a mile to the County bridge over George's
Creek or at the south end of Knapp's Meadow, thence with said creek

8.    Northeast ¾ of a mile to a point opposite Pine Hill Dump, the
end of the twelfth line of District No. 15, then with the thirteenth line
of said district

9.  Southeast about 150 feet to the Pine Hill Dump, the beginning
of said District No. 15, then with the lines of said last named district

10.    South 25 degrees East about ¼ of a mile to the head of the
plane, then with a straight line

11.    South 9 degrees East about 4/5 of a mile to the Ritchey Road,
and with it

12.    Easterly 1 mile to the Bog Ore Road, then with a straight line

13. South 49½ degrees East 1¼ miles to the second low gap in
Dan's Mountain south of Wolfe's Rock and on the line of District No.
7, then with said district and with the crest of Dan's Mountain

14. Northeasterly 1⅓ miles to the beginning.

145Q. District No. 28Frostburg. Beginning for the same at
the intersection formed by the center of Broadway Street with the
center of the National Road, now Union Street, in the City of Frost-
burg, it being also the beginning of District No. 26, Frostburg, and
running thence with the center of Broadway Street

1.    Southwesterly 1,850 feet to the County Road in the rear of
Beall High School, now called Park Avenue, thence with the center
of Park Avenue

2.    Southeasterly 2,100 feet to the County Road, leading from
Frostburg to Midlothian, thence with the center of said County Road

3. Southwesterly 1-2/10 miles to a road turning off to the west,
leading to Winebrenner's Run, said road being at the top of the hill
where the Midlothian Road descends into the village of Midlothian, it
being also the end of the seventh line of District No. 19, Borden Shaft,
and thence with the lines of said District No. 19

4. Southeasterly 7/10 of a mile by a straight line to the Cumber-
land and Pennsylvania Railroad at the Midlothian branch switch, then
by a straight line

5.    Easterly about 400 feet to the Legislative Road leading from
Borden Shaft to Frostburg, thence with said road

6.    Northeasterly 4/10 of a mile to the road leading to Hoffman
Mine, near the railroad crossing, it being the end of the fourth line
of District No. 12, East Frostburg, thence with the Legislative Road
and binding on District No. 12, East Frostburg
