14.    Northwesterly 2/10 of a mile passing along the southern side
of the steam flour mill at Moscow, and crossing George's Creek to the
old stone mill, then with a straight line

15.    West 1¼ miles to the Garrett County line where it crosses
Bartlett Run, the place of beginning.

145-O. District No. 26Frostburg. Beginning at the intersec-
tion formed by the center of Broadway Street with the center of the
National Road or Union Street in the City of Frostburg and running
thence with the center of Broadway Street

1.    Southwesterly 1,850 feet to the County Road in the rear of
Beall High School and now called Park Avenue, thence with the center
of Park Avenue

2.    Southeasterly 2,100 feet to the County Road leading from
Frostburg to Midlothian, thence with the center of the County Road
to Midlothian

3.    Southwesterly 1-2/10 miles to a road turning off to the west
leading up Winebrenner's Run, at the top of the hill ½ of a mile north
of the Village of Midlothian, it being at the end of the seventh line of
District No. 19, Borden Shaft, and running thence reversing the lines
of said District and with said branch road

4.    Westerly 3/10 of a mile skirting the hill to a point 1/10 of a
mile Northeasterly of Winebrenner's Run, thence with a line parallel
to and distant 1/10 of a mile Northeasterly of Winebrenner's Run

5.    Northwesterly 1-4/10 miles to the Allegany and Garrett County
line, thence with the Allegany and Garrett county line

6.    Northeasterly 1¾ miles to the National Road, leading from
Frostburg to Uniontown, it being the end of the fourth line of District
No. 11, Frostburg, thence with the fifth line thereof, it being also with
the center of the National Road and "Union Street

7.    Southeasterly 2 miles to Broadway Street, the place of
beginning.

145P. District No. 27Gilmore. Beginning at Wolfe's Rock on
Dan's Mountain, it being the end of the fourth line of District No. 18,
Ocean, and running thence reversing the line of said district

1.    Northwesterly 2½ miles passing through the Burnt field and
the Staup farm to the intersection of the second line of the boundary
of the town of Midland with the County Road leading from said town
to the town of Lonaconing, and running thence with the limits of
Midland

2.    South 84¼ degrees West 2/10 of a mile to George's Creek, and
running up said creek

3.    Northeasterly 4/10 of a mile to Squirrel Neck Run, then up
said run

4.    Westerly 2-6/10 miles to the Garrett County line, then leaving
District No. 18 and running with the Garrett County line south-
westerly 1 mile to the place where the Koontz Run Road crosses the
Garrett County line, it being the end of the sixth line of District No.
10, Lonaconing, and reversing the lines thereof
