9.    Westerly about 1-1/10 miles to the Legislative Road, near the
railroad crossing south of Frostburg, and with said Legislative Road

10.    Northwesterly ¾ of a mile to Bowery Street, the place of
beginning.

145B. District No. 13—Mount Savage. Beginning in the center
of the county bridge over Jennings Run near Morantown Station, on
the road leading from Zihlman to Mount Savage, it being also the
beginning of District No. 30, Zihlman, and running thence with the
lines of said District No. 30

1.    Northwesterly 1½ miles to the center of the North portal of
the Borden Tunnel of the Western Maryland Railway Co., thence
continuing said line

2.    Northwesterly 1½ miles to the Garrett and Allegany county
line, thence with said Garrett and Allegany county line

3.    Northeasterly about one mile to the Maryland and Pennsyl-
vania State line, thence with the Maryland and Pennsylvania State
line

4.    East 4 3/5 miles to a point 1/10 of a mile East of the county
road leading from Barrellville to Wellersburg, thence parallel to and
1/10 of a mile east of said county road

5.    Southerly 1% miles to the Mount Savage Road 1/10 of a mile
East of the road from Barrellville to Wellersburg, thence with the top
of Piney Mountain

6.    Southwesterly 3 miles to a high point on Piney Mountain
marked 2318 on the topographical map of the Maryland Geological
Survey, thence with a straight line

7.    Northwesterly 1 3/5 miles to the high point of Federal Hill
marked 2106 on aforesaid topographical map, thence with the road
skirting the top of Federal Hill

8.    Southwesterly ¾ of a mile to the end, of the 7th line of District
No. 30, Zihlman, thence with the 8th and last line thereof

9.    Northwesterly 9/10 of a mile to the county bridge over Jen-
nings Run near Morantown Station, the place of beginning.

145C. District No. 14—Central—Cumberland. Beginning at the
center of Baltimore Street bridge over Will's Creek in Cumberland,
it being the beginning of District No. 4, and then running with the
center of Baltimore Street.

1. Northeasterly ⅓ of a mile to the B. & O. R. R., then with said
railroad

2.    Northwesterly 2/5 of a mile, thence still with said railroad

3.    Southwesterly 1/5 of a mile to the B. & O. R. R. viaduct over
Will's Creek, then down said creek

4. Southeasterly ⅓ of a mile to the beginning.
