6.  Westerly of a mile to the sixth line of the original district
and thence with said line

7.  Northwesterly 1-8/10 miles with a straight line to the place
where Koontz Run Road crosses the Garrett County line, then with
the Garrett County line

8.  Southwesterly 2-4/10 miles to the beginning.

145. District No. 11Frostburg. Beginning at the intersection
of the National Road and the Legislative Road, in the town of Frost-
burg, which road runs from Mt. Savage through Frostburg to West-
ernport, said place of beginning being opposite the St. Cloud Hotel,
then with said Legislative Road

1.    Northeasterly about of a mile passing the C. & P. R. R. Co.
station at Frostburg, to a point in the center between the east and
west bound tracks of the Western Maryland Railway Company, thence
with the center line between the said tracks

2.    Northwesterly and northeasterly about 1½ miles to a stone in
the center between said tracks, at the end of the 4th line of District
No. 30, Zihlman, thence reversing said 4th line

3.    Northwesterly 1-4/10 miles to the Garrett and Allegany coun-
ties line, thence with said county line

4.    Southwesterly about 1¾, miles to the National Road, thence
with the National Road

5.    Southeasterly 2 miles to the Legislative Road, opposite the St.
Cloud Hotel, the place of beginning.

145A. District No. 12Frostburg. Beginning at the intersection
of the Legislative Road with Bowery Street, in the City of Frostburg,
said road runs from Mount Savage through Frostburg to Western-
port, said place of beginning being at the southern end of Bowery
Street, and running thence with Bowery Street

1. Northeasterly 3/5 of a mile to the Cumberland and Pennsyl-
vania Railroad tracks crossing Bowery Street, and with said tracks

2.    Southeasterly ¼ of a mile to the southerly end of Grant Street,
thence

3.    Northeasterly 300 feet to the intersection of Blair Street with
Grant Street, thence

4.    Southeasterly of a mile with Blair Street to the intersection
of Green Street, thence

5.    Northeasterly of a mile with Green Street to the intersection
of McColloh Street, thence

6.    Southeasterly of a mile with McColloh Street to the inter-
section of the Allegany Cemetery Road, thence with said road

7.    Northwesterly ¼ of a mile to the National Road, thence run-
ning southeasterly with the National Road to a point on said road
1/10 of a mile east of the Allegany cemetery gate, thence

8. South 1⅓ miles to a point on the road from Hoffman Mine to
Frostburg, about 2/5 of a mile west of said mine and 25 feet north-
