To be paid by him the said Thomas Spry before the Ensealing
hereby acknowledge and Confess and Thereof and of Every Part
and Discharge the said Thomas Spry his Heires Executrs admrs
Causes and Considerations him the said Robert Especially there-
and Confirmed and by these Presents doth fully freely and absolutely
unto the said Thomas Spry his Heires and assignes Part of a Parcell
out for Edward Boothby Lyeing and Being in Kent County a?
Callied Unicorn Branch Beginning at a Marked Red Oake being
Branch for a Breadth one Hundred Pearches West South West to
Three Hundred and Twenty Pearches into the Woods for length
New Towne the whole Containing ffive Hundred acres To have
Rights, Profitts, Priveledges and benefitts; houses, gardens, orchards
use and Behooffe of hiim the said Thomas Spry his Heires and
Rents, arrears of Rents, Released, acquitted, Exonerated and
or fforfetures whatsoever, The Rents and Services which hence-
the ffee or ffees Excepted and foreprized; and farther the said
and agree to and with ye said Thomas Spry his Heires and
fore mentioned prmises together with all and Every of their
whatsoever and farther the sd Robert Smith doe by these
and keep harmless the said Thomas Spry his Heires and assignes
warrant and Defend and doe by these prsents forever Quitt
Estate, Claime and Demand whatsoever he now hath or
wholely Released and invested in and upon the sd Thomas
