Queen Defender of the faith &ca Betweene John Hawkins of
[Pa]rt; and William Haris of Kent County in the aforesd Province
kins for and In Consideration of Two Certaine Tracts or Parcells of
known by the Name of Sandy Bite & Cabin Neck Containing
and Lately in the Tennure, Possession and occupation of William
other good Causes and Considerations him the said John Hawkins
Enfoeffed and Confirmed and in and by these prsents doth
the said William harris his Heires and assignes all that
by the name of Contention Lyeing Sittuate and being in the
