Doe give & grant unto my Loveing Sonns
in Law William Wrench & ye afsd James
Counties Two hundred acres of Land called by
the name Rexam Plain Laying & being
in Kent County beginning by the Land formerly
sold to Richard Myrex and running by his land
two hundred & twenty prches yn south one
hundred prches yn west three hundred & twen
=ty prches yn north one hundred prches to ye
first begining, Containeing & now Laid out
for two hundred acres more or Less wth all ye
Rights priviledges & pfitts and appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in any way apper-
taineing to have & to hold ye sd two hundred
acres of Land (wth all ye appurtenances) unto
them ye sd William Wrench & James
Counties Their heirs or assignes for Ever
and ye said parties to have and to hold, ye said
premisses by an Equal Distribution yt is
to say yt ye sd William & his heirs shall hold
and Enjoy ye one halfe or moytie of ye afsd two
hundred acres of Land, and ye sd James to
have, Enjoy & hold for him & his heir's the
other halfe or moytie wth sd Division I
the said Henery Doe give & grant unto
the said William & James & their heires
Paying ye Rent or Rents yt become Due to
the Lord or Lords of ye ffee
