I the above said Michaell Earle Doe hereby agree & promise to take upon me & Discharge all the said Debts & Incumbrances that now he stand Indebted for as will appr by the records of the said County p Judgmts or otherwise for & in Condicon that the above said Michael Earle hass assumed & taken upon him as is above Expressed I the above said Edward Jessop Doe hereby formly oblige & bind my selfe an obedient Servt unto the above said Michael Earle his heires Exrs admrs or assignes or any of them to serve Duely truely & honestly in all such manr of Lawful work: or Imploymts What soever as he the said Michael Earle or his assignes shall think fitt to request or as Comand me to Doe soe Long and further that the said Edward shall be ffree and att his owne Disposal when the aforesaid Edward has Earned & made Satisfaction for ye aforesd Debts &ca And that ye said Earle is to finde said Edward Corn meat Drink apparel and Lodging Dureing the aforsd Servitude and that the said Edward shall be allowed the reasonable price for his service aforesd according to ye Custome of ye Contrey In Wittness whereof these foresd parties have sett their hands & seals the Day & year above written Sealed & Delivered M Earle {seal} Edward [mark] Jessop in the prsence of John Jordan Geo Lumley p [hole in paper]
