Quantitie two hundred thousand pounds of good sound
merchantable Leafe tobo & Caske to be paid unto her
said Majestie her heires and successors to y^e w^ch paymt
well & truely to be made we bind our selves & Either

officers a true faithfull and pfect accomptt of all
and singular her sd majesties rights & Dues & to
her officers a true and just accompt of their
fees y^t he shall or may be Instructed w^th by her
majesties Govern^r and other her officers w^thin
