Exonerate Acquitt & discharge the sd Charles Baker his Heires Exrs
and for other divers good Causes & Considerations him the sd Robert
aliened Enfeoffed and Confirmed and in and by these prsents doth fully
and Confirme unto the sd Charles Baker his Heires and assignes forever
commonly Knowne by the name of Adventure Lyeing & being in
Sewalls Branch and a Branch called Andover branch beginning
and standing near Sewalls branch & running thence south & by
Hundred perches Then north & by west One Hundred & Sixty perches
One Hundred Acres To have and to hold the aforesd Tract
houses gardens & orchards and all other the appurtenances thereunto
his Heires & assignes for ever free & cleare and freely & Clearely
former Claimes. gifts grants sales Leases or forfetures whatso
payable to the Chiefe Lord or Lords of the ffee or ffees Only
himselfe & his Heires Covenant grant & agree to & with the sd
of them by these prsents That the afore menconed prmises
free & cleare from all Incumbrances whatsoever; and
Heires to save defend and keep harmless the sd Charles Baker his Heires
warrant & defend And doe by these prsents forever quitt Claime freely
whatsoever he now hath or might of right have by any wayes or meanes
Charles Baker his Heires & assignes for ever and to his & their only proper
Heires doth further Covenant & agree to & wth the sd Charles Baker
