This Indenture made this Twenty Six - Day of March in ye year
ffourth year of ye Reigne of Anne by the grace of God of England Scot
Thomas Collins and Mary his Wife of Talbot County in ye Province of
Province Planter of the other part Witnesseth That ye af:sd Thomas
of Six Thousand Pounds of good sound Marchantable Leafe tobacco
Presents ye Receipt whereof he ye afsd Thomas Collins and Mary his Wife
parcell thereof doth fully clearely & absolutely acquitt Exonerate &
and hath by those Presents Giveing Granted Bargained Sold Aliened
alienate Enfeeof Sell & Confirme unto ye sd John King his Heires and
Lyeing in Kent County on ye south side of Chester river on ye Eastern
att a marked white oake standing by Sarsefras Roade near ye run--
perches to a marked oake & from ye said oake by a Line Drawne
Line Drawne north Three Hundred and Seaventy perches and from
Laid out for Three Hundred Acres more or less Together with all and
woods underwoods Trees & Timber trees Wayes Waters Land Tene
Hundred Acres of Land or in any wise appertaining or belonging
premises hereby granted Bargained & sold as herein mentioned or
appurtenances unto ye afsd John King his Heires & assignes forever
for ever and ye sd Thomas Collins & Mary his Wife their Heires
granted bargained & sold with ye appurtenances unto ye said John
Mary his Wife & their Heires & agt all & every other person or per
meanes whatsoever of in or to ye premises or any part hereof shall
Collins & mary his wife for themselves and their Heires doth Cove
by these presents in manner and forme following That he ye said
hereafter shall & may quietly & peaceably have hold use occupy
without ye lett Suite trouble Interruption Molistation or disturbance
or of any other person or persons whatsoever haveing or Claimeing or
or out of ye premises or any part or parcell thereof & yt he ye said
free & cleare & freely & clearely acquitted Exonerated & discharged of
Dower of Title of Dowers Rents &ca, The rents and services from
ffees of whom ye premises are holden onely Excepted & foreprized
Committed done or Suffered to be done by ye said Thomas Collins &
and further ye said Thomas Collins & Mary his wife their Heires
his Heires or assignes and Every of them by these presents that he
will from time to time and at all times for and Dureing ye space
request and at ye cost & Charges in ye Law of him ye said John King
& Execute or Cause to be made done or suffered performed acknow
act & acts Thing and Things devise & devises assurance and assur
better & more perfect asshurance shurely & shure makeing &
to be granted premises with their and Every of their Rights Mem--
ye said John King his Heires & assignes or his or their Councell
