fender of the faith &ca annoq Domi One Thousand Seaven Hundred & of Maryland Gent and Judith his wife of ye one parte, and Robert that ye said John Dowdall by and with ye free will Consent and aprobacon of and sealing and as her act Joyntly wth ye sd John Dowdall Delivering the money to him in hand paid by ye sd Robert hill before ye Ensealeing & hereby acknowledge and thereof and of Every part and parcell thereof his Heires Exers & admrs and Every of them forevermore: Hath Granted Bargaine Sell alien and Confirme unto ye sd Robert Hill his Heires and of Woolorhampton Sittuate and being in Kent County on the south side of branch of a Creeke called Double Creeke beginning at a marked white oake hundred & sixty perches and from ye end of north by west line East by north east One Hundred & Sixty Perches to ye aforesaid Branch and then down ye and laid out for Two Hundred Acres of Land be ye same more or less Together tages wth all & singular ye appurtenances to ye same belonging or in any Waye be bargained prmises wth all & singular ye appurtenances Together wth all part thereof unto ye sd Robert Hill his Heires and assignes for ever as his behoofe for ever and that free & cleare & freely acquitted Exonerated and sales Leases mortgages Joyntures Dowers or Titles of Dower and all other committed by ye sd John Dowdall his Heires or assignes or any other pson his their or any of their meanes & procurmt The rents and services from respect of his or their Seigniority onely Excepted and foreprized and ye [war]rant and agree to & wth ye sd Robert Hill his Heires and assignes by these prsents hath in himselfe good right & power to bargaine and sell the above menconed his Heire & assignes in manner aforesd and that he ye sd Robert Hill be and Indefeazible Estate of Inheritance by vertue of these prsents and without any lett or Molestacon of any pson or psons Claimeing or ptending himselfe his Heires Exrs & admrs doth Covent to & wth all & singular ye tending right or Laying Claime to ye same unto ye sd Robert Hill his Heires and the said John Dowdall for himselfe & for ye said Judith his wife and his Heires & assignes That he ye sd John Dowdall & Judith his wife and hereafter Lay any Claime or prtend any right to ye same by from or under at all times hereafter at ye reasonable request & at ye proper cost & charges acknowledge & execute or Cause to be made done acknowledged & Executed or assurance in ye Law whatsoever for ye better & more sure makeing & their appurtenances unto ye sd Robert Hill his Heires & assignes for ever any of their Councill Learned in ye Law shall be to yt and made devised of parties above named to these prsents Interchangeably have sett their
