regulations adopted by it to be recorded in a book or books kept by
it for that purpose in its office and when so recorded all persons
shall be deemed and taken to have notice thereof, and no actual
notice need be proven. It is further the duty of the County Com-
missioners to cause to be printed for general distribution a sufficient
number of copies of the rules and regulations when so adopted and
recorded, and the printed copy of such rules and regulations shall
be deemed prima facie evidence thereof whenever it may be neces-
sary to prove their existence in any judicial proceedings. The rules
and regulations now in force in that portion of the Regional Dis-
trict within Prince George's County shall be deemed to have been
adopted as aforesaid.

(d)  Amendments.The County Commissioners of Prince George's
County has power to change or amend from time to time, as may
be necessary, any such rules and regulations, in whole or in part,
within that portion of the Regional District in Prince George's
County. In such event the change or amendment shall be valid
and effective when recorded as hereinabove provided.

(e)  Enforcement.The County Commissioners, in addition to the
remedies provided for by this sub-title shall have the right to en-
force the regulations and provisions hereof, and to prevent infrac-
tions thereof by application to the Circuit Court for Prince George's
County in equity for an injunction; and a breach or threatened
breach or violation thereof or of any such regulations shall be deem-
ed sufficient cause in itself for the issuance of such an injunction
when applied for, and no further cause need be alleged or sworn.

(f)  Exemptions.The County Commissioners of Prince George's
County is authorized to exempt from the provisions hereof, any town
or towns or special taxing areas in which the Board may determine
that the building regulations and the enforcement thereof are ad-
equate and equally effective as are the regulations passed by it under
the provisions hereof.

(g)  Issue of permits; fees.The County Commissioners of Prince
George's County has full power and authority to issue permits for
the construction, repair, erection, or remodeling of all houses, build-
ings, or other structures in the said portion of the Regional District;
and no person shall construct, repair, erect, or remodel any such
structure without first obtaining such a permit and paying therefor
the fee prescribed by the County Commissioners in accordance with
the authority hereinafter set forth.

(h) Building Code operative.All rules and regulations adopted
by the County Commissioners of Prince George's County under this
section and theretofore adopted by the Commission and commonly
called "The Building Code" shall be operative in, and operate upon,
the Regional District within Prince George's County as the same is
or shall hereafter be constituted so that if the District is extended
hereafter to include added territory, the Code shall be effective
therein.

95. Building Inspector in Prince George's County.

(a) Appointment.The County Commissioners of Prince George's
County is directed and empowered to appoint and employ a suitable
