and running with the said eastmost boundary lines, as referred
to the magnetic Meridian of 1946 of the five folloiving courses and
distances, to wit: North 8° 27' East 189 feet, North 9° 32' East
163.50 feet, North 18° W East 222.50 feet, North 49° 09' East
298.20 feet and North 0° 54' East 151.43 feet to the center line of
Winchester Road; thence running with the center line of the said
road in an easterly direction 2900 feet to the center line of the
Baltimore and Annapolis Railroad; thence running with the center
line of the said railroad, in a northwesterly direction 4500 feet,
more or less, to the place of beginning, containing 0.56 square miles,
more or less.

(c) Beginning for the third thereof at the point of intersection
of the southmost outline of Round Bay, as shown on a Plat filed
among the Land Records of Anne Arundel County, and the north-
east shore line of the Severn River, and running thence with the
shore line of the said river in a northwesterly, westerly and north-
erly direction 3375 feet, more or less, to the intersection of the
said shore line and the division line between Round Bay and Severna
Park; thence continuing with the said shore line, along Sullivan's
Cove and the main body of the Severn River, in a northerly, west-
erly, southwesterly, westerly and northeasterly direction 9800 feet,
more or less, to the northmost end of a tract of land shown on a
Plat of Linstead on the Severn filed among the Land Records of
Anne Arundel County; thence crossing the mouth of Yantz Cove
and continuing with the northeast shore line of the Severn River,
in a northwesterly direction 1000 feet, more or less, to the westmost
outline of West Severna Park as shown on a plat filed among the
Land Records of Anne Arundel County; thence running with the
said outline of West Severna Park the following nine courses and
distances, as referred to the magnetic meridian of 1953, to wit:
North 27° 41' 05" East 100.0 feet, North 7° 12' 25" East 328.50
feet; North 88° 26' 13" East 80.45 feet; North 66° 22' 54" East
86.56 feet, North 59° 02' 05" East 194.63 feet, North 40° 52' 34"
East 36.87 feet, North 30° 06' 20" East 800 feet, North 28° 46' 06"
East 300.0 feet and North 31° 05' 41" East 1512.08 feet to the
center line of Evergreen Road, also known as Benfield Road; thence
running with the center line of the said Evergreen Road, in a
southeasterly direction 300 feet, more or less; thence leaving the
said road and running parallel to and 500 feet northwesterly from
the center line of Robinson Road, in a northeasterly direction 4500
feet, more or less, to the point of intersection of a line drawn
parallel to and 500 feet northivesterly from the center line of Robin-
son Road, as produced northeasterly and a line drawn parallel to
and 200 feet northeasterly from the northeast edge of the Governor
Ritchie Highway, as laid out 150 feet wide; thence running with
the last mentioned line, parallel to and 200 feet northeasterly from
the northeast side of the said Highway in a southeasterly direction
9200 feet, more or less, to a point where the said line would be
intersected by the hereinbefore mentioned southmost line of Round
Bay, as produced in a northeasterly direction; thence running with
the said line of Round Bay as produced, the reverse thereof, in
a southwesterly direction 1800 feet, more or less, to the inter-
section of the southmost line of Round Bay and the center line of
the Baltimore and Annapolis Railroad; thence continuing with the
southmost line of Hound Bay in a southwesterly direction, 1585 feet,
