more or less.

(d) Beginning for the fourth thereof at the point where the north-
west shore line of the Chesapeake Bay is intersected by the northeast
shore line of the Magothy River; the said point of beginning being
also shown as the end of Mountain Point, on the plat of Gibson
Island; thence running with the shore line of Magothy River, in a
northerly direction 1,100 feet, more or less; thence continuing with
the shore line of. the Magothy River in a northivesterly direction,
9,440 feet, more or less; thence continuing with the shore line of
the Magothy River in a northeasterly direction, 1,400 feet, more or
less, thence continuing with the shore line of the Magothy River,
and Magothy Narrows, in a southeasterly and southwesterly direc-
tion, 400 feet, more or less; thence running with the shore line
of Magothy Narrows, in a southeasterly direction, 500 feet, more
or less; thence continuing with the shore line of Magothy Narrows,
in a northeasterly direction, 1,850 feet, more or less; to the end
of Holland Point, thence continuing with the shore line of Magothy
Narrows, in a southeasterly direction, 1,900 feet, more or less;
thence still continuing with the shore line of Magothy Narrows,
in a northeasterly direction, 2,150 feet, more or less; to the end of
Purdy Point, thence leaving the shore line and running across
Magothy Narrows, and Windmill Point, in a northeasterly direc-
tion, 1,300 feet, more or less, to the westmost shore line of Chesa-
peake Bay; thence running with the westmost shore line of the
Chesapeake Bay, in a southeasterly direction, 4,600 feet, more or
less; thence continuing with the shore line of the Chesapeake Bay,
in a southwesterly direction, 7,600 feet, more or less, to the place
of beginning. Containing within the boundaries of this description,
approximately 1.865 square miles.

The above descriptions are hereby designated and constituted for
the purpose hereinafter set forth, to be the "Anne Arundel County
Sanitary District".

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1955.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections 487 (a),
487 (e), 512, 516 (g), 516 (h) and 516 (o) of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Anne Arundel County (1947 Edition, being Article
2 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Anne
Arundel County", sub-title "Sanitary Districts", as Sections 487
