thence running with the center of the last mentioned road, in a
northwesterly direction 0.70 miles to a point where the said road
bends to the west at the intersection of County Road leading to
the east; thence leaving the said road and running in a due north
direction 0.32 miles to the boundary line between District No. 4
and District No. 5 of Anne Arundel County; thence running with
the said boundary line in a southwesterly, northwesterly, south-
westerly and northwesterly direction 2.65 miles to the intersection
of the center line of the abandoned section of Dorsey Road and the
center line of the Pennsylvania Railroad; thence running with the
center line of the said Railroad in a northerly direction 1.85 miles
to the intersection of the center line of the said Railroad and the
center line of the County Road leading from Stoney Run to Ridge
Road; thence running in a northeasterly direction 1.32 miles to
the intersection of the center line of Andover Road and the center
line of Nursery Road; thence running with the center line of said
Nursery Road, in a northeasterly direction 0.85 miles to the inter-
section of the center line of the said Nursery Road and the center
line of the Baltimore-Washington Expressway; thence running with
the center line of the said Expressway in a northeasterly direction
0.63 miles to the center line of Calloway's Branch; thence running
with the center line of the said branch, in a northerly direction, 0.95
miles to a point of beginning, containing 51.13 square miles of land,
more or less.

(b) Beginning for the second part in the center of the right-of-
way of the Baltimore and Annapolis Railroad at a point where
the said right-of-way would be intersected by the continuation of
a line drawn southwesterly down the center of the County Road
leading from the Governor Ritchie Highway to Arnold Station,
and running from thence as referred to the true Meridian South
72° 00' West 1800 feet, South 29° 00' West 240 feet, more or less,
to the northeastmost headwaters of Chase Creek; thence running
with the westmost shore line of Chase Creek in a southerly and south-
easterly direction about 800 feet to the end of the South 75° 30'
East 125.4 feet line of the property formerly owned by Cyrus Joyce
and conveyed by him to William B. Hamelton by deed dated April
18, 1899, and recorded among the Land Records of Anne Arundel
County in Liber G. W. No. 13, folio 98, etc.; thence running with
the outlines of the aforementioned conveyance, the reverse thereof,
and leaving the shore line of Chase Creek, the seven following
courses and distances: North 75° 30' West 125.4 feet to a Poplar
Tree; North 05° 30' West 668.25 feet to a Chestnut Tree; South
73° West 334.12 feet, South 67° 15' West 412.5 feet, South 49° 30'
West 173.25 feet, South 29° 30' East 264 feet, South 01° 30' West
150 feet, the beginning point of the said conveyance to William B.
Hamelton; thence still continuing with the outline of the said convey-
ance, South 33° East 265 feet to a point in the westmost shore
line of Chase Creek; thence crossing the said Chase Creek in a
southeasterly direction 1500 feet, more or less, to the intersection
of the southmost shore line of the said Chase Creek and the north-
east shore line of the Severn River; thence running with the north-
east shore line of the said River, in a southeasterly direction 3350
feet, more or less, to the eastmost outline of Winchester, as shown
on Plat No. 1 of Winchester filed among the Land Records of Anne
Arundel County; thence leaving the shore line of the Severn River
