486. All those parts of Anne Arundel County described as follows:

(a) Beginning for the first part at a point in the boundary line
between Anne Arundel and Baltimore Counties, the said boundary
line being the center line of the Patapsco River, at the intersection
of the said boundary line and the center line of Galloway's Branch,
the said point of intersection being 500 feet, more or less, westerly
from the center line of Hammond's Ferry Road, and running thence
with the center line of the Patapsco River and the boundary line
between Anne Arundel and Baltimore Counties in an easterly, south-
easterly and northeasterly direction 3.22 miles, more or less, to
the point of intersection of the said boundary line and the South
60° 39' 50" East boundary line of Baltimore City; thence leaving
the boundary line between Baltimore County and Anne Arundel
County and running with the boundary line between Baltimore City
and Anne Arundel County, South 60° 39' 50" East about 1612 feet to
a Baltimore City Boundary Line Monument heretofore set at the
intersection of the center line of the Governor Ritchie Highway
and the center line of Belle Grove Road; thence continuing with
the boundary line between Baltimore City and Anne Arundel County,
South 39° 35' 55" East 2.35 miles to the westmost side of Curtis
Creek; then still running with the boundary line between Baltimore
City and Anne Arundel County, South 67° 37' 34" East 1.97 miles to
a point near the center of Marley Neck; thence still running with
the said boundary line, North 51° 13' 39" East 1.12 miles to the
westmost shoreline of the Patapsco River; thence running with
the said shoreline of the said Patapsco River, in a southerly and
southeasterly direction, crossing the mouth of Swan Creek, Cox
Creek and Stoney Creek, 4.30 miles to the intersection of the south-
west shoreline of the Patapsco River, as produced across the mouth
of Rock Creek, and the center line of Rock Creek; thence running
with the center line of the said Rock Creek in a general south-
westerly direction 2.25 miles to the point of intersection of a line
drawn parallel to and 1000 feet southerly from the center line of
fort Smallwood Road and a line drawn parallel to and 1000 feet
southeasterly from the center line of Tick Neck Road; thence run-
ning parallel to and 1000 feet southeasterly and easterly from the
center line of the said Tick Neck Road in a southwesterly and south-
erly direction 1.05 miles to the point of intersection of a line drawn
parallel to and 1000 feet easterly from the center line of Tick Neck
Road, as produced in a southerly direction, and a line drawn parallel
to and 1000 feet southerly from the center line of Mountain Road;
thence running parallel to and 1000 feet southerly from the center
line of Mountain Road, in a northwesterly direction 3.80 miles to
the center line of the Baltimore and Annapolis Railroad; thence
running with the center line of the said Railroad, in a northwesterly
direction 0.90 miles to the center line of Marley Creek; thence
running with the center line of the said Marley Creek, in a south-
westerly direction 1.15 miles to the intersection of the center line
of the said Creek and the center line of the road leading from
Oakwood Road to Elvaton; thence running in a northwesterly direc-
tion 0.65 miles to the intersection of the center line of Old Stage
Road and the center line of Grain Highway; thence running in a
northwesterly direction 0.95 miles to the intersection of the center
line of Quarterfield Road, and the center line of the road leading
from Quarterfield Road through Burleytown to fort Meade Road;
