hereby repealed.

CHAP. 91.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take
effect and be in force from and after the first day of
October, eighteen hundred and fifty-two.

CHAPTER 91.

AN ACT to Repeal an Act entitled, an Act for the
better Regulation of the State's Wharves in the
city of Baltimore, and for other purposes, and to
exclude the Owners of the Steamer Osiris, from the
privilege of the Pier from the State's Wharf on
Pratt street, Baltimore.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly

of Maryland, That the act entitled, an act for the bet-
ter regulation of the State wharves in the city of Bal-
timore, and for other purposes, passed at December
session, eighteen hundred and forty-nine, chapter four
hundred and six, be and the same is hereby repealed.

Repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the owners of the
steamer Osiris, shall not have any exclusive privi-
lege of occupying the western side of the pier erect-
ed from the State's wharf at Pratt street, with their
said steamer, or with any other steamer which they may
own, but the whole of said pier shall be free to be
occupied upon the same terms and conditions, and in
the same manner as all other parts of the said State's
wharf.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That the Treasurer of
Maryland pay out of any unappropriated money in the
Treasury, to the owners of the steamer Osiris, the sum

of three hundred dollars, for money expended by them
for building the pier at the State wharf at Pratt street,
Baltimore, authorised by the Act of Assembly, passed
December session, eighteen hundred and forty-nine,
chapter four hundred and six.
