CHAP. 293.

tery, a record of which shall be made in the book or
books of said corporation, and a copy thereof left with
the clerk of Cecil county court, to be recorded among
the land records of said county; and whenever any per-
son or persons shall purchase one or more of burial lots,
it shall he the duty of said corporation to cause a minute
of said sale and purchase, to be entered in some suitable
place in their said book or books.

To execute
good and suf-
ficient deed.

SEC. 6. And be it enacted, That it shall be the duty of
said corporation, upon the payment of the purchase
money for any one or more of said burial lots, to execute
to the purchaser or purchasers thereof, a good and suffi-

ient deed of conveyance for the same, which said deed
shall be signed, sealed and acknowledged by the presi-
dent of said corporation, and recorded as other convey-
ances for real estate are. now executed and recorded.

To remain in
Trimble until
fully organi-
zed.

SEC. 7. And be it enacted, That the title to the said
piece or parcel of land shad be and remain in the said
James Trimble until such time or times as the said cor-
poration shall be fully organised, and that then the title to
said piece or parcel of land, shall only pass from him, as the
burial lots are sold, as hereinbefore provided for; and
any part of said piece or parcel of land which may not be
used or purchased for sepultural purposes, or for erecting
buildings connected with said corporation, shall still be
and remain the estate of the said James Trimble, his
heirs and assigns.

Regulated by
by-laws.

SEC. 8. And be it enacted, That the size or dimen-
sions of family burial lots, the price to be paid, for said
lots, the privileges which lot-holders may enjoy, the terms
upon which individuals may be buried in said cemetery,
and the compensation to be paid therefor, shall be regu-
lated by the by-laws of the corporation.

Issues forbid.

SEC. 9. And be it enacted, That nothing in this act
shall be so construed as to authorise the said corporation
to issue any note, token, device, scrip or other evidence
of debt, to be used as currency, and that this Legislature
reserves to itself the right to alter or annul this act of
incorporation at pleasure.
