CHAP. 124.

7th section.

SEC. 2. Be it further enacted, That the rail road re-
cently constructed as aforesaid by the New York Mining
Company, shall he deemed and taken to be as fully
within the power and authority conferred by the seventh
section of the act to which this is a supplement, as though
the same had been constructed to a point or points of
intersection with the rail road of the Maryland and New
York Iron and Coal Company, commonly known as the
Mount Savage rail road; and that any and every other
rail road which the said New York Mining Company
may at any time hereafter think proper to construct,
with a view to connect the same with the rail road of
any other incorporated company of this State, or for any
other purpose, shall he equally deemed and taken to be
within the power and authority conferred by the said
seventh section of the act to which this is a supplement.

An act to make valid the act of William Bole, a Justice
of the Peace of Allegany County.
|

|
Preamble.
|
WHEREAS, some doubt exists as to the legality of the
appointment made by the Governor during the recess of
he Senate, of William Bole; as justice of the peace for
Allegany county; and whereas, the said, William Bole,
under the commission issued by the Governor, acted as
justice of the peace aforesaid; in order, therefore, that
the acts of the said William Bole may be made good
and valid in law — Therefore,

Acts made
valid.
|
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That all the arts and proceedings of William Bole, a
justice of the peace appointed in and for Allegany coun-
ty be, and they are hereby declared to be as good and
valid in law, as if the commission of the said William
Bole had issued by and with the advice and consent of
the Senate.
