Marley Manor; thence continuing South 65° 14' West 374. 9
feet with the southmost line of Section 1, Marley Manor
to the center line of the Baltimore and Annapolis Rail-
road; thence running with the center line of the said rail-
road, in a southeasterly direction 1900 feet, more or less,
to intersect the center line of Aquehart Road produced
southeasterly; thence with the said line, produced rever-
sely, in a northwesterly direction to and along the center
line of the said Aquehart Road for a distance of about
3, 200 feet to intersect the southeasterly boundaries of the
property of F. A. Griffith; thence with the outline of the
said F. A. Griffith property South 29° 45' West 250 feet,
more or less; thence South 71° 59' West 145 feet; thence
North 17° 00' West 742. 5 feet; thence with the boundary
line of the property of H. F. Wade, South 50° 30' West
260 feet, North 60° 31' West 742. 5 feet to the center line of
Light Street Road, thence with the said Light Street Road,
South 16° 31' West 280 feet, more or less; thence with the
south boundary of Glen Burnie Heights North 60° 03'
West 1861. 63 feet to a stone; thence continuing with the
boundary of Glen Burnie Heights South 0° 12' West 567. 02
feet; thence still with the outlines of Glen Burnie Heights,
South 88° 5k' West 1331 feet to the center of a county
road known as the Hammonds Ferry Road; thence with
the center line of the said Hammonds Ferry Road, north-
erly to a point where the southmost fork of Sawmill
Branch crosses the said road; thence northerly with the
center line of the said Hammonds Ferry Road 1600 feet,
more or less, to the center of the State Road known as the
Dorsey-Glen Burnie Road; thence with the said Dorsey-
Glen Burnie Road northeasterly for a distance about 4, 300
feet to the center of the State Road leading from Glen
Burnie to Westport, thence with the center of the last
named road southeasterly for a distance of about 450 feet
to the center line of Sawmill Branch; thence with the cen-
ter of the said branch and with Furnace Branch, north-
easterly to the center of Light Street Road, thence with the
same, in a southwesterly direction about 150 feet to the
center of the State Road known as Mountain Road or
Furnace Branch Road; thence with the center of this said
road southeasterly to the point of beginning. Being the
same property surveyed by Thomas W. Shives, Registered
Land Surveyor, in 1946 to define the boundaries of the
town of Glen Burnie in its hitherto unincorporated state
for adoption by the Glen Burnie Improvement Association,
Incorporated, as an amendment to its constitution ratified
on November 12, 1946. For the purpose of incorporation,
