THEODORE R. MCKELDIN, GOVERNOR 1631

privileges of a body politic and corporate, and by that
name shall have perpetual succession; sue and be sued,
plead and be impleaded, defend and be defended in all
Courts of law and equity and in all actions whatsoever;
power to adopt a common seal which may be altered at
pleasure; authority to acquire property, real, personal and
mixed, by purchase, gift, condemnation and any and all
lawful means for municipal purposes and power to hold,
use, manage and dispose of such property as the public in-
terest may require.

341-2. The corporate limits of the City of Glen Burnie
shall be as follows:

To include all of the land in the Third and Fifth Election
Districts of Anne Arundel County lying within the follow-
ing described metes and bounds: Beginning for the same
where the center line of a State Road known as Mountain
Road or Furnace Branch Road, intersects the center line
of a State Road leading from Baltimore to Annapolis, the
said point of beginning being 800 feet, more or less, from
the point where the said road leading from Baltimore to
Annapolis is intersected by the center of Marley Creek;
and running thence with the center line of the said road
leading from Baltimore to Annapolis, in a northwesterly
direction, 3100 feet, more or less, to the point where the
south side of the Marley Bridge Road as shown on Amended
Plat No. 8 of Glen Burnie, as produced North 72° 24' East
200 feet, more or less, from the end of the North 72° 2V
East line of the said road intersects the center line of the
road leading from Baltimore to Annapolis; thence running
with the southmost side of Marley Bridge Road, as pro-
duced, the reverse thereof, South 72° 24' West 200 feet,
more or less, to the end of the aforementioned southmost
line of the said road; thence running with the southmost
line of said road, South 72° 24' West 580 feet to the point
where the southmost side of the said road intersects the
southmost side of a proposed County Road running along
the southeast boundary of the property of the Board of
Education for Anne Arundel County; thence running with
the southmost side of the said proposed road bounding the
said Board of Education property, South 70° 19' West
1183. 7 feet to the center of the Governor Ritchie Highway,
thence running with the center line of the Governor Ritchie
Highway, South 29° 18' East 80 feet to intersect the south-
most line of Section 1, Marley Manor, as produced north-
easterly, the reverse thereof, South 65° 14' West 245 feet
to the southeast corner of Lot 42, as shown on the Plat of
