fifty-two and ninety hundredths feet (S. 09° 21' 05" W.,
1052. 90 ft. ) to a new Town Boundary Corner marked
"Easton Corner No. 24, 1951" located on the Easterly
sideline of Elwood Avenue; thence, (29) South two de-
grees, thirty-eight minutes, nineteen seconds West, a dis-
tance of one thousand, four hundred eighty-four and no
hundredths feet (S. 02° 38' 19" W., 1484. 00 ft. ) to the
beginning Boundary Corner marked "Easton Corner No. 1,
1951"; all bearings being referred to the true meridian
and containing a calculated area of nine hundred ninety-
one and six hundred ninety-one thousandths acres (991. 691
a. ) more or less.

133B. The Mayor and Council of Easton shall be and
it is hereby authorized and directed to cause the metes and
bounds description in Section 13SA of this Act to be forth-
with surveyed and distinctly marked by stones or other
monuments or markers to be placed at the beginning and
termination of each line and at such other places as it
deems necessary to properly locate said boundary lines;
and full power is given to the Mayor and Council of Easton
and to its agents, servants and employees, to enter upon
any and all property, from time to time, for the perform-
ance of the duties imposed by this Act in making said sur-
vey and in order to erect and maintain suitable markers
for the boundaries of the Municipality.

13SC. Except as hereinafter otherwise provided, all
the provisions of the Constitution of Maryland and of the
Charter of the Town of Easton, and all other local or gen-
eral laws applicable to the Town of Easton, and all amend-
ments thereto, and all the existing ordinances of the Town
of Easton, are hereby extended and made applicable to
such portions of Talbot County as shall, under the provi-
sions of this Act, be annexed to and made a part of the
Town of Easton; but nothing contained herein shall affect
the power of the Mayor and Council of Easton to amend
or repeal any ordinance existing at the time of the passage
of this Act.

133D. All public roads, streets, avenues and alleys lying
in any of the territory annexed to the corporate limits of
Easton by this Act, which shall have been heretofore dedi-
cated and accepted or legally condemned as roads, streets
or avenues under the provisions of any Act of the General
Assembly of Maryland, or of the common law, shall be
held to be validly constituted public highways of the Town
of Easton.
