marked "Easton Corner No. 21, 1951, " located on the
Southerly right-of-way line of the B. C. & A. Railroad;

eight seconds West, a distance of one thousand, one hun-
dred two and sixty-eight hundredths feet (N. 82° 01' 48"
W., 1102. 68 ft. ) to a new Town Boundary Corner marked
"Easton Corner No. 22, 1951, " located on the Southerly
right-of-way line of said Railroad; thence, (25) South
fifty-three degrees, twenty-five minutes, twenty-five sec-
onds West, a distance of eight hundred seventy and forty-
five hundredths feet (S. 53° 25' 25" W., 870. 45 ft. ) to a
marble monument designated "Town of Easton Corner
No. 8, 1916"; thence, (26) South five degrees, fifty-four
minutes, eight seconds West, a distance of one thousand,
five hundred forty-two and thirty-eight hundredths feet
(S. 05° 54' 08" W., 1542. 38 ft) to a marble monument
marked "Easton Corner No. 7-B 1927" located at the
intersection of the Easterly right-of-way line of the Oxford
Branch, Delaware Division, Pennsylvania Railroad with
the Northerly sideline of Dutchman's Lane; thence, (27)
South eighty degrees, forty minutes, eight seconds East,
a distance of three hundred eighty-three and ninety hun-
dredths feet (S. 80° 40' 08" E., 383. 90 ft. ) to a new Town
Boundary Corner marked "Easton Corner No. 23, 1951, "
located at the intersection of the projected Easterly side-
line of Elwood Avenue with the Northerly sideline of
Dutchman's Lane; thence (28) South nine degrees, twenty-
