feet (N. 40° 34' 34" E., 1502. 10 ft. ) to a new Town Bound-
ary Corner marked "Easton Corner No. 11, 1951, " said
corner being the most Northerly corner of St. Aubins
Heights revised subdivision; thence, (14) South forty-
eight degrees, four minutes, twelve seconds East, a dis-
tance of nine hundred twenty-one and seventy-five hun-
dredths feet (S. 48° 04' 12" E., 921. 75 ft. ) to a new Town
Boundary Corner marked "Easton Corner No. 12, 1951, "
located on the Westerly sideline of Hardin Street; thence,
(15) North seventy-five degrees, eighteen minutes, eight
seconds East, a distance of six hundred fifteen and thirty
hundredths feet (N. 75° 18' 08" E., 615. 30 ft. ) to a new
Town Boundary Corner marked "Easton Corner No. 13,
1951, " located on the Southerly side of a private lane West

seven hundred eighty-four and sixty hundredths feet (S.
69° 16' 39" E., 784. 60 ft. ) to a new Town Boundary Cor-
ner marked "Easton Corner No. 14, 1951, " located on the
Easterly right-of-way line of the Oxford Branch, Dela-
ware Division, Pennsylvania Railroad; thence, (17) with
the Easterly right-of-way of said Railroad, South thirteen
degrees, twenty-two minutes, twenty seconds West, a dis-
tance of two thousand, nine hundred thirty-nine and thirty-
four hundredths feet (S. 13° 22' 20" W., 2939. 34 ft. ) to
a new Town Boundary Corner marked "Easton Corner
No. 15, 1951, " located on the Easterly right-of-way line
of the Oxford Branch, Delaware Division, Pennsylvania
Railroad and North of a stream; thence, (18) South eighty-
six degrees, thirty-six minutes, thirty-seven seconds East,
a distance of two thousand, two hundred sixty-five and
nine hundredths feet (S. 86° 36' 37" E., 2265. 09 ft. ) to a
new Town Boundary Corner marked "Easton Corner No.
16, 1951, " located on the Easterly sideline of Maryland
State Road U. S. Route 50, approximately seven hundred
feet (700 ft. ) North of Matthewstown Road; thence, (19)
South zero degrees, thirty-three minutes, twelve seconds
West, a distance of seven hundred sixteen and forty-three
hundredths feet (S. 0° 33' 12" W., 716. 43 ft. ) to a new
Town Boundary Corner marked "Easton Corner No. 17,
1951, " located on the Easterly right-of-way line of Mary-
land State Road Route U. S. 50 and approximately twenty
feet (20 ft. ) South of Matthewstown Road; thence, (20)
North sixty-three degrees, forty-nine minutes, twenty-five
