SEC. 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED THAT THIS
ACT SHALL TAKE EFFECT JUNE 1, 1951.

CHAPTER 692
(House Bill 320)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections
18, 39 (c), 47, 52 and 106 of Article 99 of the Annotated Code
of Maryland (1947 Supplement), title "Birds, Game and
Inland Water Fish", Section 18 thereof being under the sub-
title "Hunter's License", Sections 39 (c), 47 and 52 thereof
being under the sub-title "Water Fowl and Migratory Birds",
and Section 106 thereof being under the sub-title "Regula-
tions for Taking of Game and Fresh Water Game Fish in
Non-Tidal Waters", relating to the collection of and the
accounting for monies received in this State from the sale
of hunting and fishing licenses,

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 18, 39 (c), 47, 52 and 106 of Article 99 of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1947 Supplement), title
"Birds, Game and Inland Water Fish", Section 18 thereof
being under the sub-title "Hunter's License", Sections 39 (c),
47 and 52 thereof being under the sub-title "Water Fowl and
Migratory Birds", and Section 106 thereof being under the
sub-title "Regulations for Taking of Game and Fresh Water
Game Fish in Non-Tidal Waters", be and they are hereby
repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

18. (Disbursement of Funds. ) The Clerks of the Circuit
Courts of the Counties and the Clerk of the Court of Common
Pleas of Baltimore City, and Agents shall on the first day of
July and on the first day of each and every month thereafter,
