1837.

and her heirs and assigns, all the right and title of
him, the said Daniel Renner, of said in the real estate
of one Sarah Coombs, late of Charles county, and
State of Maryland, deceased, acknowledged before
and certified by Henry Wertz and James Getty, two
justices of the peace in and for Washington county,
District of Columbia, and upon which is endorsed a
certificate of William Brent, clerk of the Circuit
Court of the District of Columbia, for the county of
Washington, of the qualification of said justices, un-
der the seal of said Circuit Court, be, and the same is

hereby confirmed, and made as valid and effectual in
law, for all purposes whatsoever, as if the said deed,
duly recorded on the thirteenth day of December, eigh-
teen hundred and twenty-eight, in the clerk's office of
Prince George's county, State of Maryland, had
been executed and acknowledged according to all re-

quirements of the laws of this State; provided, that
nothing in this act contained shall be construed to pre-
judice the rights and claims of any bona fide or judg-
ment creditor or creditors of the said Daniel Renner.

CHAPTER 179.

Proviso.

An act to alter the time for holding the County Courts
in Harford county.

Passed Mar. 19,
1838.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the county courts for Harford county
shall be held on the third Monday in May and the
third Monday in November, in each and every year
hereafter; and that the next term of said court shall
be held on the third Monday in November, in this pre-
sent year, instead of the second Monday in August

bail, bail bonds, and all other obligations, rules, or-
ders and proceedings which are returnable to, or that
are in any way to operate to the next August term,
shall be returnable and extended to the next Novem-

do all acts and things, at the said November term, as
they would have had to do at the August term, if the
