CHAP. 13.

hundred and thirty-two, for thirty-eight acres and
twenty seven perches, and recorded as above;
deed from same to Jacob Hiteshew, dated the second
day of April, eighteen hundred and thirty-two, for
eight and a quarter acres, and recorded as above; deed
from same to Jacob Christ, of equal date for seven and
three quarter acres, and recorded as above; deed from .
same to James Billingslea, dated the seventh day of
April, eighteen hundred and thirty-two for six acres
and twelve perches, and recorded as above; deed from
same to Peter Christ, dated the second day of April,
eighteen hundred and thirty-two for seven and a quar-
ter acres, and recorder as above; deed from same to
John Smith, dated the thirty-first day of March, eigh-
teen hundred and thirty-two, for twenty-four and a
half acres, and recorded as above; deed from same to
John Roberts, dated the second day. of April, eighteen
hundred and thirty-two, for thirty-five and a half acres
and nineteen perches, and recorded as above: deed from
same to George Warner, dated the thirty-first day of
March, eighteen hundred and thirty-two, for fourteen
acres and a quarter and thirty-two perches, and re-
corded as above; deed from same to George Warner,
dated the twenty first day of May, eighteen hundred
and thirty-two, for seven and a quarter acres and six-
teen perches, and recorded as above; and a deed from
same to Michael Wagner, executed on or about the
twenty-first day of May, eighteen hundred and thirty-
two, for eight and a half acres and twelve perches, and
