LAWS OF MARYLAND.

CHAP. 54.

Baltimore county, by the act of eighteen hundred and
thirty eight, chapter two hundred and fifteen, to com-
plete his collection, be and is hereby extended to the
fourteenth day of March, eighteen hundred and forty;

the requisites of said act of eighteen hundred and thir-

A supplement to an act, entitled, an act to authorize the
laying out and opening a road in Allegany County,
passed at December Session Eighteen hundred and
thirty, six, chapter one hundred and forty seven.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Martin Rizer, Jr., Michael C. Sprigg, and
Thomas Beall, he and they are hereby appointed com-
missioners to locate and extend the road, the origi-
nal location of which is provided for in the act to
which this is a supplement, in a northern direction to
the Pennsylvania line, and in a southern direction to
intersect the Old town road, at points the most conve-
nient at each extremity, and upon routes the most
practicable; the said commissioners to be governed in
their action by the provisions of the act of Assembly,
to which this is a supplement.

CHAPTER 54.

An act granting an Appeal from Baltimore County
Court.

Preamble.

WHEREAS there is now pending in Baltimore coun-
ty court, an action brought by the Washington and
Baltimore Turnpike Road Company against the Balti-
more and Ohio Rail Road Company; and whereas, it
is of great importance to the said companies and of
public interest, that the questions involved in said ac-
tions should be speedily settled; — Therefore,

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
