the first term of said court to which said appeal may

An act relating to Public Roads in Carroll County.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That from and after the passage of this act, the act en-
titled, an act to regulate the manner of obtaining and
altering public roads in Baltimore county, passed at
December session eighteen hundred and twenty-five,
chapter two hundred and nineteen, and the act, entitl-
ed, an act to enlarge the powers of the Commissioners
of Baltimore County, passed at December session
eighteen hundred and thirty-seven, chapter two hun-
dred and fifty-nine, shall apply to Carroll county, and
that the commissioners of tax of Carroll county be,
and they are hereby authorised to exercise all the pow-
ers' vested in the commissioners of Baltimore county
by the said acts.

An act to repeal an act therein mentioned, and to give to
all the, voters of Harford county an equal voice in
electing their County Commissioners.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the act of Assembly, passed at Decem-
ber session eighteen hundred and thirty-six, chapter
two hundred and forty-six, entitled, an additional sup-
plement to an act, entitled, an act to provide for elect-
ing Commissioners for Harford, County, and prescrib-
ing their powers and duties, passed at December
session eighteen hundred and twenty-seven, chapter
eighty-one, shall cease to be in force from and after
