1838.

Bounds,. during the term of her natural life, notwith-
standing her coverture, securing to her the said Sarah
Ann, the same uses, rights and privileges, embraced
and set forth in the said deed of trust aforesaid, will
appear; and after the decease of the said Sarah Ann

CHAP. 173.

Bounds, then in trust for the sole use and benefit; of i
the said James R. Bounds, should he survive the said
Sarah Ann, to he enjoyed by him during the term of
his natural life, and after his decease then to de-
scend to the right heirs and legal representatives of
the said Sarah Ann Bounds for ever, share and share
alike, as tenants in common, and not as joint tenants,
which said deed of trust, after being duly recorded, ac-
cording to law, shall be deemed, taken and considered
valid in law, to all intents and purposes, as if the said
original deed of trust aforesaid, had never been made
and executed in manner aforesaid.

CHAPTER 172.

Use and benefit.

An act to authorise Somerset E. Waters, David Schind-
ler and Peter Schlosser, Trustees of Beallville School
House, to lease the same to the Trustees of Beallville
Primary School District, No. 8.

Passed Mar. 13,
1839.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Somerset R. Waters, David Schindler and Peter
Schlosser, Trustees of Beallville School House, be and
they are authorised and empowered to lease said school
house to the Trustees of Beallville Primary School
District, number eight.

CHAPTER 173.

Authority granted.

An act to authorize the building a Pile Bridge over
Cucheles Gut, at Cucheles Point, in Baltimore county.

Passed Mar. 12,
1839.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Joseph Hart, of sold county, be, and he is hereby-
authorised to build a Pile Bridge over Cucheles Gut,
a narrow sheet of water that divides Miller's Island
from the main, at Cucheles Point; provided, said bridge
