An ad to enable Nicholas Tobias Haller and Margaret
Rebecca Haller his wife, to sell certain real estate.

Preamble.

Whereas Nicholas Tobias Haller and Margaret Rebecca
Haller his wife, for the purpose of paying and discharging
certain debts contracted by the said Margaret Rebecca Hal-
ler, previous to her marriage with the said Nicholas Tobias
Haller are desirous of selling and disposing of certain real
estate, lying in Frederick-town, which said real estate was
the property of the said Margaret Rebecca, prior to her
marriage to the said Nicholas Tobias Haller, but whereas
the said Margaret Rebecca Haller, is under the age of
twenty-one years and therefore unable to join with her said
husband, in executing a good and sufficient deed for the
said premises. Therefore,

Authorised to
sell.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the said Nicholas Tobias Haller and the said Marga-
ret Rebecca Haller his wife, be authorised and empowered
to sell the said real estate and to make a deed in fee simple
to the purchaser or purchasers of the said real estate, which
said deed shall be as good and sufficient as if the said Mar-
garet Rebecca Haller, were of the the full age of twenty-

one years, at the time of the executing thereof; provided,
that the said deed shall be executed in all other respects
according to law, and shall be duly recorded. Provided,
that nothing in this act shall be construed to interfere with
the rights of creditors.

Assembly, for an act of incorporation in behalf the Evan-
