City of Hyattsville, all the adjacent and contiguous territory
in Prince George's County, Maryland, described as follows:
Beginning for the same at a point in Queens Chapel Road
(formerly known as University Drive), near the intersection
of the center line of Nicholson Street (formerly known as
forest Drive), and the present boundary of the City of
Hyattsville, the position of said point referred to the. Coordi-
nate System as established in the Washington Suburban Sani-
tary District being East 15, 309. 22 feet and North 25, 899. 91
feet and running thence following an existing private roadway
and referring the courses in this description to the True
Meridian as established in said Washington Suburban Sani-
tary District, the fifteen following courses and distances, viz.:
North 7 Degrees 18 Minutes 40 'Seconds West 304. 01 feet
North 61 Degrees 30 Minutes 30 Seconds West 247. 80 feet
North 26 Degrees 31 Minutes 30 Seconds West 241. 53 feet
North 68 Degrees 47 Minutes 30 Seconds West 403. 20 feet
North 50 Degrees 48 Minutes 30 Seconds West 240. 50 feet
North 66 Degrees 30 Minutes 30 Seconds West 272. 36 feet
North 74 Degrees 58 Minutes 30 Seconds West 230. 12 feet
North 82 Degrees 20 Minutes 30 Seconds West 457. 90 feet
North 78 Degrees 04 Minutes 30 Seconds West 478. 30 feet
North 84 Degrees 15 Minutes 30 Seconds West 507. 75 feet

to a point near the East side of Ager Road, the coordinates of
which are East 11, 302. 85 feet and North 26, 158. 82 feet, thence
reversing said line to a point fifty (50) feet easterly of the
centre line of Ager Road as now actually laid out and continu-
ing thence southerly along a line parallel to and fifty (50)
feet easterly from the centre line of Ager Road to intersect
the northerly line of Queens Chapel Road; thence along
the northerly line of Queens Chapel Road to its intersection
with Hamilton Street (formerly Columbia Avenue); thence
along the northerly line of Hamilton Street to intersect the
westerly boundary of the corporate limits of the City of
Hyattsville; thence northerly and with the said westerly
boundary of Hyattsville to the point of beginning.
724B. Except as hereinafter otherwise provided, all of the
provisions of the Constitution of Maryland, all laws of the
State of Maryland applicable to the City of Hyattsville which
are now in force or may hereafter be enacted, and all the exist-
ing ordinances of the City of Hyattsville, shall be, and the
same are hereby extended and made applicable to such portion
