they are entitled to receive under the provisions of this Article,
and shown by the certified list of high schools as aforesaid.
Provided, that not more than one high school shall be granted
State aid under the provisions of this Article in the same vil-
lage, town or city, unless each additional high school has an
average daily attendance in excess of two hundred pupils;
provided that this provision shall not affect the right of schools
on the approved list at the date of passage of this Act to
receive State aid. Should any error in the amount of State
aid for any high school be discovered after the original list is.
certified, the State Superintendent of Schools shall correct
his report by certifying the proper changes to the Comptroller.
In the event that the amount due all high schools eligible for
State aid exceeds the amount appropriated therefor, then the
amount appropriated may be pro-rated among such high
schools.
SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect on July 1, 1945.

AN ACT to add seven (7) new sections to the Code of Public
Local Laws of Prince George's County (1943 Edition—
being Article 17 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land), title Prince George's County", sub-title "Hyattsville",
said new sections to be known as Section 724A to 724G,
inclusive, and to follow immediately after Section 724 of
said Article, to extend the limits of The Mayor and City
Council of Hyattsville, a municipal corporation, by includ-
ing therein a part of Prince George's County contiguous
thereto.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That seven (7) new sections be and they are hereby added
to the Code of Public Local Laws of Prince George's County
(1943 Edition—being Article 17 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland), title "Prince George's County", sub-title
"Hyattsville", said new sections to be known as Sections 724A
to 724G, inclusive, to follow immediately after Section 724 of
said Article, and to read as follows:
724A. There is hereby annexed to the territory of The
Mayor and City Council of Hyattsville, hereinafter called the
