point on the West side of a gut or ditch running into said
river; thence South thirty-two (32) degrees six (6) minutes
West twenty-two hundred, thirteen and one-tenth (2213. 1) feet
to the West or Northwest corner of the "Peter Tarr Field";
thence South twenty-six (26) degrees five (5) minutes East
approximately parallel with and six (6). feet Northeast of the
said ditch along the Southwest side of said "Peter Tarr Field"
seventeen hundred, thirty-three and eigth-tenths (1733. 8) feet
to the North post of the ''Corporate Limits" sign on the North
side of Linden Avenue; thence across said Linden Avenue and
a field South one (1) degree twenty-one (21) minutes West
eighteen hundred, twenty-one and seven-tenths (1821. 7) feet to
the Northeast bank of a ditch at a cement bounder six (6)
feet distant from the edge of the same; thence parallel with
and six (6) feet Northeast of the edge of said ditch South
thirty (30) degrees twenty-one (21) minutes East four hun-
dred and fifty-five (455) feet to a cement bounder; thence
across a field South forty-seven (47) degrees four (4) minutes
East six hundred and fifty (650) feet to a marble post on the
Northwest side of a private road, said point being the eastern-
most boundary or corner of the corporate limits, as defined by
Chapter 319 of the Acts of 1937; thence South forty-seven (47)
degrees forty (40) minutes East ten hundred, fifty-nine and
three-tenths (1059. 3) feet with a line parallel with the center
line of the thirty (30) foot road now laid out and to be con-
structed on Market Street Extended to a cement post on the
Northwest side of a twenty-five (25) foot right of way extend-
ing along the Southeast side of the property of I. Bates Pil-
chard; thence South forty-five (45) degrees twenty (20) min-
utes West three hundred, thirty-two and two-tenths (332. 2)
feet with the Northwest side of the aforesaid right of way and
part of the way with a ditch to the end of an underdrain at a
point perpendicular to and fifteen and eight-tenths (15. 8) feet
Northeasterly from the center line of the said new roadway,
as now laid out on Market Street Extended; thence South
forty-two (42) degrees thirty (30) minutes West seven hun-
dred, twenty-eight and seven-tenths (728. 7) feet across Market
Street and with a line perpendicular to the center line of the
said Market Street to the Northeast side of Cedar Street at a
cement post; thence North forty-nine (49) degrees five (5)
minutes West nine hundred, seventy-three and two-tenths
(973. 2) feet with the Northeast side of Cedar Street to a
cement post, the same being a corner of the corporate limits of
Pocomoke City, as heretofore defined; thence by and with the
Northeast side of Cedar Street North forty-eight (48) degrees
fifty (50) minutes West eight hundred and eighteen (818)
feet to a marble monument at the North corner of Cedar and
Tenth Streets; thence by and with the Northeast side of said
