Cedar Street North forty-eight (48) degrees fifty-nine (59)
minutes West four hundred, thirty and seven-tenths (430. 7)
feet to a marble monument on the Northeast side of Cedar
Street; thence across said Cedar Street South forty-two (42)
degrees twenty-six (26) minutes West three hundred, four and
three-tenths (304. 3) feet to a marble monument in a field;
thence across fields South sixty-eight (68) degrees forty (40)
minutes West twenty-two hundred, thirty-five and five-tenths
(2235. 5) feet to the cement post, the place of beginning.
All bearings mentioned above refer to the true meridian.

192. The Mayor and Council of Pocomoke City shall be,
and it is hereby authorized and directed to cause the metes and
bounds, described in Section 191 of this sub-title, to be forth-
with surveyed and distinctly marked by stones or other monu-
ments or markers to be placed at the beginning and termina-
tion of each line and at such other places as it deems necessary
to properly locate said boundary lines; and full power is given
to the Mayor and Council of Pocomoke City, and to its agents,
servants and employees, to enter upon any and all property,
from time to time, for the performance of the duties imposed
by this Act in making said survey and in order to erect and
maintain suitable markers for the boundaries of the Munic-
ipality.

193. The Mayor and Council of Pocomoke City shall cause
to be made two copies of said survey and the plat thereof,
which plat shall also show the boundary lines of the Town of
Pocomoke City, as defined by Chapter 319 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland of 1937. One copy of said
survey and plat shall be kept among the records of the Mayor
and Council of Pocomoke City and the other shall be returned
to and be recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit
Court for Worcester County, Maryland; copies of said plats,
duly certified by the keepers of said records, respectively, and
under their respective seals of office, shall be admitted in
evidence in all Courts of this State. Any person interfering
with the agents, servants or employees of the said Mayor and
Council of Pocomoke City or with any of them, in the dis-
charge of the duties imposed by this section, or by the pre-
ceding section, and any person removing or interfering with
said boundary stones, monuments or markers, planted as afore-
said, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and subject to a fine
of not less than Ten Dollars ($10. 00) nor more than One
Hundred Dollars ($100. 00) to be recovered by criminal pro-
ceedings in the Circuit Court for Worcester County or before
any Justice of the Peace of said County.
