310 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [CH. 340

North of a ditch and one hundred, twenty-nine and eight-
tenths (129. 8) feet Southeasterly from the Southeast corner
of the Grandstand in the Pocomoke Fair Grounds, said cement
post being placed over an oblong stone four and one-half
(4%) inches wide eleven (11) inches long and about one (1)
foot below the present surface of the ground, said beginning
point being also the beginning point of the corporate limits of
Pocomoke City, as defined by Chapter 319 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland passed in the year 1937; thence
running from said beginning point South sixty-eight (68) de-
grees forty (40) minutes West ten hundred, thirty-three and
five-tenths (1033. 5) feet across the Fair Grounds to a point
which bears North sixty-eight (68) degrees forty (40) minutes
East twenty-four (24) feet from a cement post at the East side
of the State road leading from Pocomoke City to Cedar Hall,
said road being also known as "Second Street Extended", said
point being also in line with the Northeast side of McMichael
Avenue projected in a Southeasterly direction; thence North
forty-five (45) degrees forty (40) minutes West fourteen hun-,
dred, eighty-five and five-tenths (1485. 5) feet across the said
State road and with the Northeast side of McMichael Avenue
and a line of power poles to the center of a ditch at the end of
an underdrain; thence South forty-four (44) degrees thirty
(30) minutes West seven hundred, thirteen and five-tenths
(713. 5) feet with the center of the said ditch to a cement post;
thence North forty (40) degrees twenty (20) minutes West
twelve hundred, twenty-four and three-tenths (1224. 3) feet
across Clarke Avenue Extended and with the Northeast side of
William Street to a cement post on the Southeast bank of the
Pocomoke Kiver, thence by and with and binding upon the
Southeasterly bank of the said river at mean high water the
three following courses and distances: North seventy-four (74)
degrees fifty-six (56) minutes East five hundred and fifty-seven
(557) feet; North fifty-three (53) degrees thirty-four (34)
minutes East one hundred and sixty-seven (167) feet; North
fifty-nine (59) degrees fifteen (15) minutes East three hun-
dred, twenty-four and nine-tenths (324. 9) feet to a cement post
at the end of the first line of the corporate limits of Pocomoke
City, as defined by Chapter 319 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland of 1937; thence by and with and bind-
ing upon the Southeasterly and Easterly bank of said river in
a general Northerly direction to the County wharf; thence con-
tinuing in a Northerly, Northeasterly and Southeasterly direc-
tion by and with and binding upon the Easterly, Southeasterly
and Southwesterly shore of said Pocomoke River to "Winter
Quarter Landing"; thence continuing by and with the shore
line of said river South sixty-one (61) degrees twenty-three
(23) minutes East six hundred and forty-two (642) feet to a
