of Maryland (1943 Supplement), title "Motor Vehicles", sub-
title "Operation of Vehicles Upon Highways", be and it is
hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as
follows:
238. (Emblems and Signs. ) It shall be unlawful for any
person to display upon a motor vehicle the insignia or emblem
of any motor vehicle club or similar organization or of a fire
company, unless he shall be entitled to use the same under the
constitution, by-laws, rules or regulations of such club or
organization, or to display any sign, which in the judgment of
the Department may tend to create a hazard to safety.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1945.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 191 to 197, inclusive, of Article 24
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edi-
tion), title "Worcester County", sub-title "Pocomoke City",
as said sections were amended by Chapter 319 of the Acts of
1937, and to enact in lieu thereof seven (7) new sections, to
be known as Sections 191 to 197, inclusive, of said Article,
extending the corporate limits of the Town of Pocomoke
City, providing monuments to mark the boundary lines of
said town and creating a Taxing District and specifying the
taxes to be levied and collected in the territory annexed to
said Town by this Act.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 191 to 197, inclusive, of Article 24 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Worcester County", sub-title "Pocomoke City", as said sec-
tions were amended by Chapter 319 of the Acts of 1937, be and
they are hereby repealed, and that seven (7) new sections be
and they are hereby enacted in lieu thereof, to be known as
Sections 191 to 197, inclusive, and to read as follows:
191. The taxable and corporate limits of Pocomoke City
shall include all the land and territory contained and em-
braced within the following metes and bounds, courses and
distances, to wit: Beginning at a cement post five (5) feet
