1922 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [CH. 1084

improvements whereon are known as Number 2600 McElderry
Street, made by, Lucille M. Holland to and for the use and bene-
fit of the Bethany Evangelical Lutheran Church of Baltimore
City, a body corporate, dated December 8th, 1943, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber M. L. P.,
No. 6539, Folio 199 etc.

15. To the sale, grant, deed and conveyance of a certain
fee-simple lot or parcel of ground and premises, situate, lying
and being in the City of Baltimore, the improvements whereon
are known as Number 739 North Lakewood Avenue, together
with the annual ground rent of Forty-two Dollars ($42. 00)
issuing and payable thereout, and the reversion therein, made
by the Mercantile Trust Company of Baltimore, Trustee, and
J. Lawrence Sellman, Successor Trustee, under the terms of
the Last Will and Testament of Annie L. Sellman, deceased,
to and for the use and benefit of the Bethany Evangelical
Lutheran Church of Baltimore City, a body corporate, by
Deed dated June 10th, 1943, and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore City in Liber M. L. P., No. 6466, Folio
1", etc., whereby the leasehold estate and interest then exist-
ing in said lot became merged in the fee, and the said ground
rent was forever extinguished.

16. To the grant, deed and conveyance by way of three (3)
certain Mortgages of two certain fee-simple lots or parcels of
ground and premises, situate, lying and being in the City of
Baltimore, the first thereof being at the corner formed by the
intersection of the south side of Madison Street and the east
side of Lakewood Avenue, and the second thereof adjoining it
on the south, the improvements on the second lot being known
as Number 739 North Lakewood Avenue, and in the three (3)
Mortgages hereinafter mentioned more particularly described,
made by the Bethany Evangelical Lutheran Church of Balti-
more City, a body corporate, to and for the use and benefit of
the Board of American Missions of the United Lutheran
Church in America, a body corporate, by its three (3) certain
Mortgages, each dated July 15th, 1944, and recorded among
the Land Records of Baltimore City aforesaid in Liber M. L.
P., No. 6634, Folios 1 etc., 5 etc., and 9 etc., respectively.

17. To the grant, deed, assignment and conveyance by way
of mortgage of a certain leasehold estate and interest and
term of years in, to and out of a certain lot or parcel of ground
and premises, situate, lying and being in the City of Balti-
more, the improvements whereon are known as Number 2600
McElderry Street, and in the Mortgage hereinafter mentioned
more particularly described made by the Bethany Lutheran
Church of Baltimore City, a body corporate, to and for the
