13. To the gift and bequest of the sum of One Hundred
Dollars ($100. 00) to the Evangelical Lutheran Association of
the Augsburg Home for Orphans and the Aged of Baltimore
City, a body corporate, designated as and called "The Augs-
burg Home", located on the outskirts of Baltimore City, State
of Maryland, contained in the Will of Annie B. Schamberger,
late of the City of Baltimore, duly probated in the Orphans'
Court of Baltimore City on or about March 3rd, 1944, and
recorded in the office of the Register of Wills for Baltimore
City in "Wills" Liber J. H. B., No. 213, Folio 191 etc.
14. To the sale, grant, deed, assignment and conveyance
of the leasehold interest and estate and term of years in, to
and out of a certain lot or parcel of ground and premises,
situate, lying and being in the City of Baltimore, at the north-
east corner of McElderry Street and Luzerne Avenue, the
