Mortgage dated July 15th, 1944, and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore City aforesaid in Liber M. L. P., No.
6634, Folio 14, etc.
18. To the sale, grant, deed and conveyance of two (2) cer-
tain fee-simple lots or parcels of ground and premises, situate,
lying and being in the City of Baltimore, the first thereof
being at the corner formed by the intersection of the south
side of Madison Street and the east side of Lakewood Avenue
and the second thereof adjoining it on the south, the improve-
ments on the second lot being known as Number 739 North
Lakewood Avenue, and in the Deed hereinafter mentioned
more particularly described, made by the Bethany Evangelical
Lutheran Church of Baltimore City, a body corporate, to and
for the use and benefit of The Evangelical Lutheran Synod of
the State of Maryland, a body corporate, by its Deed, dated
July 15th, 1944, and recorded among the Land Records of
Baltimore City aforesaid in Liber M. L. P., No. 6634, Folio 18;
etc.
19. To the bequest of $300. 00 to the Zion Lutheran Church
of Williamsport, Maryland, contained in the last Will and
Testament of Cyrus S. Flora, deceased, taken from "Wills",
Liber 19, folio 441, one of the record books in the office of the
Register of Wills of Washington County.
20. To the following bequests contained in the Last Will
and Testament of Mary A. Gantz, deceased, taken from
"Wills'', Liber 19, folio 449, one of the record books in the
office of the Register of Wills of Washington County:
(a) Trustees of the Christian Church of Boonsboro, Mary-
land, articles of personal effects;
(b) Mountain Mission, a benevolent institution of Grundy,
Va., $500. 00;
(c) Appalachian Mountain Evangelizing Assoc., $500. 00.
21. To the bequest of $100. 00 to the First Brethren Church
as contained in the last Will and Testament of Adaline Wing-
ert, deceased, taken from "Wills", Liber 19, folio 452, one of
the record books in the office of the Register of Wills of
Washington County.
22. To the bequest of $200. 00 to the Manor Church of the
Brethren contained in the last Will and Testament of D.
Howard Moats, deceased, taken from "Wills", Liber 19, folio
463, one of the record books in the office of the Register of
Wills of Washington County.
