more City, and more particularly described in said deed; and
also the sanction and consent of the General Assembly of
Maryland to the holding and disposal of said property by the
Board of Missions of the Methodist Episcopal Church South.
8. To the grant and deed executed by Mollie Casey, et al.
to the Bethany Evangelical Lutheran Church of Baltimore City,
dated March 27, 1942 and duly recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore City in Liber M. L. P. No. 6294, folio
177, conveying the reversion and annual ground rent of f 39.00,
issuing and payable out of property No. 2634 E. Monument
Street, in Baltimore City, and more particularly described in
said deed; and also the sanction and consent of the General
Assembly of Maryland to the holding and disposal of said
property by the Bethany Evangelical Lutheran Church of
Baltimore City.
9. To the grant and assignment executed by Lucille M. Hol-
land to the Bethany Evangelical Lutheran Church of Balti-
more City, dated December 8, 1943, and duly recorded among
the Land Records of Baltimore City, conveying the leasehold
interest in and to property No 2600 McElderry Street, in Bal-
timore City, and more particularly described in said assign-
ment; and also the sanction and consent of the General As-
sembly of Maryland to the holding and disposal of said prop-
erty by the Bethany Evangelical Church of Baltimore City.
10. To the grant and assignment executed by Frank Novak
to the Trustees of the Church of God of Baltimore City, called
in said deed The Church of God, dated January 6, 1925, and
duly recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in
Liber S. C. L. No. 4324, Folio 11, conveying the leasehold inter-
est in and to property No. 401 North Highland Avenue, Balti-
more City; and to the grant and deed executed by Jane E.
Scott to the Trustees of the Church of God of Baltimore City,
dated April 11, 1944, and duly recorded among the Land Rec-
ords of Baltimore City on April 17, 1944, conveying the rever-
sion and annual ground rent of f 60.00, issuing and payable out
of said property known as No. 401' North Highland Avenue,
and more particularly described in said deed; and also the
sanction and consent of the General Assembly of Maryland
to the holding and disposal of said property by the Trustees
of the Church of God of Baltimore City.
11. To the grant and deed executed by the Right Reverend
Owen B. Corrigan, et al to the Most Reverend Michael J. Cur-
ley, Roman Catholic Archbishop of Baltimore, etc., a corporate
sole, dated October 24, 1927 and duly recorded among the
